Dining at the Palaces of Gondal is rooted in royal tradition and refined simplicity. Inspired by the princely kitchens of Gondal, each meal reflects a legacy of careful sourcing, time-honored techniques, and quiet elegance.

Fresh, seasonal ingredients—sourced from the estate and local growers—form the foundation of our cuisine. Spices are prepared in-house using traditional methods, and dishes are crafted from raw ingredients, without pre-packaged mixes.

Menus draw from the rich culinary heritage of Kathiawad, complemented by select global influences. Served within palace interiors or under open skies, dining remains unhurried—an enduring expression of Gondal’s royal hospitality.

Meal Timings​
Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM​
